Method
To make the base, blend 1 cup nuts, 1 cup dates, 1 Tbsp cacao powder and 1 Tbsp melted coconut oil until ground up and smooth. Pat into circle cake tin and set in freezer for 30 mins.
For the filling, blend 1 large avocado, half a block melted dark chocolate, half a can coconut cream, 1 Tbsp cacao powder and 2 Tbsp maple syrup until smooth and moussey.
Pour filling on top of base and set in freezer 1-2 hours.
Top with whatever you like! We added chopped nuts, freeze-dried raspberries and cacao nibs.
